OUR RETURN GUIDELINES.
Foundandfound.com will accept all unused items within 10 days. This excludes any items that have been customised/configured or reduced for you. The goods must be in perfect, undamaged condition, otherwise the right of return expires. The period begins with the receipt of the goods. The return period is observed by sending the goods in due time. In the event of ambiguity, the timely return must be verifiable by the customer at any time, e.g. by corresponding postal receipts. The amounts paid will be refunded after deduction of the delivery costs and any fees. The return is at your expense and risk.
