Delivery/shipping costs
Shipping costs are charged depending on weight and delivery address. Ownership of the product passes to you upon full payment of the product price and shipping costs. Delivery is at the expense and risk of the customer. FOUNDANDFOUND accepts no liability in the event of undeliverability or delayed delivery of our products as a result of incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, problems with the Swiss Post or events attributable to force majeure. We only deliver within Switzerland and to certain EU countries. The place of delivery corresponds to the address stated in the order confirmation.

NOTE: FOUNDANDFOUND does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, minors or persons under guardianship, unless written consent has been obtained from the parents or guardians.

Shipping costs Europe

Shipping costs to Europe are chargeddepending on weight and delivery address.. In addition, local taxes (customs duties, VAT, etc.) may apply depending on the country.

Price and payment
The price of a product corresponds to the respective indication in the FOUNDANDFOUND Online Shop at the time of conclusion of the contract. The final price stated includes VAT at the current percentage rate, but not any shipping costs. These are shown separately next to the product price. FOUNDANDFOUND may change the prices at any time. The prices applicable at the time of the conclusion of the contract are decisive for the individual order.

For customers resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we generally offer the payment methods credit card, Paypal and Apple Pay.

Our return- Guarantee for you
FOUNDANDFOUND will take back all unused items within 10 days. Excluded from this are all price-reduced items. The goods must be in perfect, undamaged condition and must be received by us, otherwise the right of return expires. The period begins with the receipt of the goods. The return period is observed by sending the goods in due time. In the event of ambiguity, the timely return must be verifiable by the customer at any time, e.g. by corresponding postal receipts. The amounts paid will be refunded after deduction of the delivery costs and any fees. The return shipment is at your expense and risk.

Deficiencies / Warranty
On arrival the customer has to check the goods immediately for defects and condition. In the case of obvious defects, objections must be made immediately by e-mail, at the latest within 7 days. Otherwise, the warranty for these defects shall lapse. 
As far as the legal provisions allow, liability for damages, for whatever legal reason, is excluded. In particular, FOUNDANDFOUND shall not be liable for indirect damage or consequential damage caused by defects.

Conclusion of contract
An order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is only concluded when we dispatch the ordered goods. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

Privacy
The use of customer data by FOUNDANDFOUND is for the purpose of processing orders and payment transactions. In addition, we use the data to communicate with you about orders, products, services and marketing offers, to update our data records and to maintain your customer account with us. We assure to use this data exclusively for these purposes confidentially and not to make it accessible to third parties.

All goods with our logo as well as our logo are protected by copyright. The right to publish, the objects created by us lies exclusively with us.

Closing provisions
Should any provision of these GTC prove to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the existence and validity of the remaining provisions. In this case, we are obliged to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. This also applies to any loopholes. FOUNDANDFOUND GMBH reserves the right to adapt/amend these GTC at any time. Disputes arising from these terms and conditions of sale and delivery and from contracts concluded in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale and delivery shall be subject to Swiss law.

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
